The event decoration was a large challenge, as the high expectations of the client (a luxury watch brand) required the implementation of a motif with a high level of quality. An impressive ambience as the backdrop for an equally impressive programme with shadow theatre and live bands on-site was requested.

hms easy stretch designed the decorations for the main event in the big hall - the motto was "under the sky". 200 invited guests experienced a night under the starry sky. A great deal of preparation and extra work were required during the project planning and execution to create the shine of countless stars in the "sky". First, an elaborate truss construction was installed in the hall in order to install dark, LED-equipped curtains. Four employees spent a day attaching the curtains that were intended to represent the starry night sky. Three LED effect curtains ANIMATION were used with individual content in the stage area. The remaining walls of the hall were adorned with 14 LED starry sky CHAMELEON with a total of 70 running metres and with that a total area of 370 square metres. The round tables that accommodated the 200 invited guests functioned like glowing fixed points in the centre of the overall design. During the event itself, a VJ handled the complete implementation of the desired effects of the curtain.

The responsibility for the implementation of the decoration concept was placed in the hands of hms easy stretch. From the ceiling cover made from white, smooth Trevira CS with ceiling strips to the covering for the gable and side walls to the green carpeting, reminiscent of fresh grass, the affinity towards nature of the FORST brewery was expressed optically as well.

At the close of the festivities, the management of the FORST brewery proved quite satisfied: "The birthday celebration of our new establishment gave us the opportunity to celebrate for a day with many of our friends, partners and customers."

This exhibition into the fourth dimension should, of course, not only be sensational and mysterious thanks to its content, but through its appearance as well. hms easy stretch was hired to design this special exhibition over 600 square metres by the agency Impuls-Design. The specialist for decorative indoor and outdoor spatial design created the appropriate futuristic atmosphere with a side wall covering made from DecoLight. Visitors received a fixed orientation during their travel through time thanks to various printed banners made of DecoLight, stretch material and voile which were printed with the respective space names, overview plans and information regarding the individual time periods. The stretched materials provided a mysterious impression thanks to appropriate cool lighting in blue and violet tones.

The absolute highlight of the exhibition, however, is a 23-metre-long tunnel on the second floor. This complete free standing special structure was made out of bent keder cord. Anyone entering the tunnel has the fascinating feeling of being beamed through the centuries as if in a time machine. A so-called running light effect ensures this. It is created by LED bands that the company Sein & Schein integrated within a groove in each of the 23 tunnel sheets. The universe and time are infinite - in order to optically extend the tunnel, hms easy stretch placed a free standing projection banner at the ends and stretched opaque stretch material over them. A film of the tunnel is presented on one side of the project banner and on the other instructional films provide even more information about time.

The three-day event started with the summer festival hosted by the Fraport board of directors, for which hms easy stretch created an exclusive freely designed form and a suitable stage design under a 40 x 100 metre tent on behalf of EBS Lights GmbH. The special construction - created from a design by Dietmar Janeck - was intended to underscore the trailblazing nature of the internationally leading Fraport AG and complement the concept of the event. The creative conception and professional organisation of the general contractor EBS Lights made all of this possible. While "Happy Landings" were dreamed of on the runway, new dimensions were achieved in the new tent which nearly reached the clouds. The undisputed eye-catcher and highlight of the event was the massive Fraport logo in 3D provided by hms easy stretch and which extended throughout the entire structure. The four elegant, long special constructions with white side walls and blue surfaces which formed the logo provided a feeling of what it will be like to lift off into the air from the new runway.

125 years of success. From its humble beginnings as a corset manufacturing company with six sewing machines and the same number of employees to becoming one of the largest manufacturers of undergarments worldwide. The Triumph company, which has the become the brand of quality for undergarments and lingerie, can bask in the glow of its success. And, of course, no one wanted to stand in the shadows while celebrating the 125th anniversary this May: Triumph used a unique event concept to provide a worth frame for the more than 2,000 invited guests.
The Losberger company created an entire landscape of tents on the grounds of the Heubach airport, which itself was originally built by one of the family of owners of the long-standing Triumph company. A city of tents was created, providing a worthy location for the more than 2,000 current and former employees who, along with RTL moderator Nazan Eckes, experienced a journey through time of 125 years of company history.
8,000 m² of carpet, an atmospheric tent decoration and light sculptures indoors and outdoors left no wish for luxury unfulfilled. The weekend allowed every individual employee of Triumph to feel like a real VIP as a special thank you.
In this unique atmosphere, the guests listened to the words of the speakers and marvelled at a fashion show of the camisoles, undergarments and lingerie from the respective eras of the company. In doing so, originals from the pattern archive of the Triumph company were also presented by the models. Prior to this, the guests were able to visit the pavilions of the Triumph countries represented. The "small" town of Heubach in Swabia presented itself as global and intercultural.

This was made possible by the professional overall planning which was placed in the hands of the Stuttgart agency Nixdorf Veranstaltungen and the decoration services of hms easy stretch, which comprised not only the complete provision of all elements, but also the complete installation of the tent ceilings, roofs, side walls and light sculptures, as well as additional material covering and the carpeting.
The brilliant birthday party in Heubach, the birthplace and headquarters of the Triumph company, was just the start of a true party marathon. According to Dr. Markus Spiesshofer, managing partner of Triumph Holding, another 40 birthday parties will be held in Triumph branches worldwide. These, however, will not find it easy to "trump" the event in Heubach.

South Sudan. The newest country on the planet sought to celebrate its founding and independence in the capital city of Juba on the White Nile in a glamorous setting. In order to create shade for the guests of honour and dignitaries, South Sudan employed hms easy stretch and other companies from the Heilbronn area.
Losberger Intertent GmbH created an entire landscape of tents on an open area, including a 30 x 65 metre long event tent and a 165 m² large VIP tent in which hms easy stretch provided the appropriate ambience for the evening by installing elegant material decorations. Air conditioners were installed to ensure that the guests of honour were comfortable with temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius in the shade.

This may all sound somewhat less than spectacular if you don't know the special circumstances for the delivery of the material. The material was shipped to Ethiopia in 20 containers from a Belgian military airport with Russian Antonov cargo aircraft and then driven to the destination overland using trucks. Due to the delay of the convoy, only two-and-a-half days were left for the setup instead of the ten that were planned. The tents will set up in record time with the support of all of the companies involved and some local helpers. hms easy stretch was able to install 2,500 m² of material in only 24 hours so that all of the following crews also had the opportunity to finish their tasks.

The only thing for which consensus has not yet been reached in the name of the country. Some people call it "South Sudan", others "New Sudan", while still others have suggested the name "Kush", which roughly means lower Nile. It remains to be seen what the 54th country in Africa will officially be called. With this in mind: welcome South Sudan!

Graphic content with a complete freedom of design can be projected interactively on your interactive sail. An infrared camera films the human movements and transfers this information to a computer connected to the projector which changes the presentation analogously to the movement.

The results of the visitor survey on the first day showed that more than 70% of the professional visitors were decisively or jointly involved in purchasing and procurement decisions in their respective companies.
With a new stand concept, hms easy stretch presented new products and decoration concepts on a surface of over 168 square metres.
The heart of the exhibition stand was formed by a ceiling sail which was combined with the new decorative columns Bangkok. In addition, hms easy stretch was also active in other parts of the trade show and in the external area with area decorations.

The central event of the HP Software & Solutions for the regions of Europe, the Middle East and Africa took place from 30 November to 2 December 2010 in Barcelona. The topics of IT innovation, IT transformation, IT efficiency and application lifecycle management were the focus of the HP Software Universe 2010.

hms easy stretch provided the decorative room design for the exhibition area and multiple side events. In accordance with the event motto "13 degrees", decorative pieces and impressive lighting elements were produced with an incline of 13° for this occasion. A six-person team decorated within three days the entrance area, the conference rooms, the catering area, a VIP area and a complete evening event with decorative elements from the current portfolio and some special constructions made exclusively for the customer.

The production and implementation of this large-scale project was only possible thanks to the dedicated support of numerous suppliers and the fast move of the stitching team into the show room. Production was resumed already on the day of the fire itself.

Construction plans for the new warehouse facility and the new stitching facility were completed two weeks later and the preparations for 2011 are moving ahead at full speed.

Proving the truth of the saying "fragrance and stars just belong together", there were a large number of celebrities at the award ceremony in Berlin. Tagesschau host Judith Rakers, actor Mariella Ahrens and model Franziska Knuppe responded to the allure of the Fragrance Foundation Deutschland in the Berlin event location "The Station" as did star hair stylist Udo Walz and actor Cosma Shiva Hagen.
Fragrance creations in the categories of "classic", "exclusive", "prestige" and "lifestyle" were awarded over the course of the gala hosted by Jan Josef Liefers. The audience, perfume customers and magazine readers were also able to pick their favorite fragrances in advance.
hms easy stretch installed its LED effect curtain ANIMATION for the event. With seven 5 m x 7 m curtains, ANIMATION was a core component of the stage design. Effects, logos and writing were projected along a length of 49 meters in accordance with the respective section of the event. ANIMATION thus completed the high-class gala program.
Another highlight of DUFTSTARS 2010 was an appearance by six-time Grammy winner Toni Braxton, who presented songs from her new album "Pulse" live on stage for the first time in Germany. The British musician Jamie Burke also celebrated his German premiere. He performed his song "We Are One", which has become famous as the campaign prelaunch music for the perfume classic "ck one".
hms easy stretch is already looking forward to the concept for the 19th edition, "Duftstars 2011".

The international tradeshow for the event services and live communication industries was held for the first time in the Westfalenhallen in Dortmund on January 20^th and 21^st. 9,100 visitors and 473 presenters were thoroughly satisfied with the premiere of the largest event tradeshow in the German-speaking world. The companies presenting included providers for tradeshow and stage construction, event service providers in the areas of rental furnishings and decorations, event technology, catering and tents, as well as hotel and event location operators.
hms easy stretch presented its new products over 130 square meters, using a new booth concept and introducing the 2010 product catalog.
The heart of the booth was the floor-to-ceiling LED effect curtain ANIMATION, with a length of 19 meters. ANIMATION is an innovative LED system which combines the technology of a classic starlight curtain with high-performance effect technology. The 5m x 7m curtain can be expanded modularly, allowing curtains of any size to be created.
Numerous room sculptures and decorative columns, available for rental as well as purchase in the various easy stretch colors, were introduced under the motto “Recognize Color”. This step will provide customers the freedom of setting an accent with the selection of colored easy stretch material for events taking place during the day or in bright rooms.
The new decorative column Bangkok, which resembles a bamboo column in its design, was hung from the ceiling in various sizes and colors as an additional new product. The advantage of this decorative column rests in its ability to be lit from the ground as well as from the ceiling.
The presenters welcomed some 1,400 guests to “BoE-Night” in Hall 2 on Wednesday evening. The good mood from the opening day continued into the evening. Four inflatable easy gate lighting elements were placed in front of the entrance to Hall 2 and thus formed the gate to the BoE-Night. In the main hall, the guests were greeted by countless screw-shaped easy curl elements hung from the ceiling. The decorative elements are quick and easy to install, and create their own dynamic using the thermal properties of the room. The guests remained at BoE-Night until about 2 in the morning.
Following this successful tradeshow launch, the other new hms easy stretch products which will be introduced over the course of the year should be eagerly awaited.

 The "Unikat Eventhalle" offered its 400 invited guests a beaming opening, in the truest sense of the word, on 30th October 2009 in Siershahn.An innovative and truly unique concept stands behind the event hall, combining sports, culture and gastronomy into one complex.
The over 900 square meter event center takes up the lion's share of the premises. It has a variety of uses, from business events to musical, cultural and entertainment events, to private and corporate festivities; it provides the ideal location for every event.
The gastronomic adventure "idol" extends for more than 160 square meters parallel to this and, as a combination of a restaurant, cocktail bar, lounge and cafe, leaves no wish unfulfilled for up to 120 guests. The third part of the "Unikat Eventhalle" can be seen through a panorama window: the "idol" indoor soccer field. The artificial grass field, 15 x 30 meters large and approved by the German Football Association is available to clubs and private parties in all types of weather and, amongst other uses, provides and excellent setting for team-building business events.

hms easy stretch filled the event hall with a number of illuminated products from its portfolio for the opening.

The visitors were received outside by colorful easy globes. Colored Cosmic Lights lit the way to the entrance. The "idol" gastronomic adventure was decorated with numerous projection sails and colorfully illuminated easy pines.
The guests entered the event hall through an easy wave. The ceilings were radiant thanks to numerous easy pines and a few easy disk 3D ceiling lights. Some easy sails, also attached to the ceiling, were added to this, contributing to the festive ambience with their timeless design. Various sails were stretched on and around the stage. All of the decorative elements were colorfully illuminated with Space Lights using wireless DMX, providing a truly special atmosphere.

The chairs were selected in advanced, based upon the Selaria rental covers from hms easy stretch. With 15 rental colors available, the "Unikat Eventhalle" is able to offer its guests an absolutely colorful flexibility.

The TV debate of the year took place in Berlin two weeks before the 2009 Bundestag elections. Chancellor Angela Merkel met SPD candidate Frank-Walter Steinmeier on September 13th.
The TV debate, held by ZDF, was broadcast live on multiple stations on Sunday evening. More than 14 million viewers watched the event on their televisions.
In cooperation with the Bplus-Gruppe from Berlin, hms easy stretch decorated the event with various products from the current portfolio. hms easy stretch implemented the design work and the complete installation of numerous decorative elements for the event and placed easy sculptures and easy columns in the press area.
A 6 meter high Sansibar column installed in the bar area was the eye-catcher of the event and illuminated in color as an additional highlight. easy pines from the Innolution 10 series with space light LED illumination provided additional highlights. Rounding out the combination of room sculptures, the ceiling elements easy disk 3D contributed to the successful ambience with their attractive, timeless design. A very special atmosphere was created for the audience members in the press area by the shifting illumination of the individual elements. The debate was projected onto large screens here and the representatives of the press were able to interview prominent party members following the event. Numerous reactions to and interpretations of the debate between Angela Merkel and Frank-Walter Steinmeier were broadcast directly from the press area following the event.

Every two years a group of students from ILEK (Institute für Leichtbau Entwerfen und Konstruieren) [Institute for Lightweight Structures and Conceptual Design] has the opportunity to design a tradeshow booth and construct it themselves. This tradeshow booth is used to present the winning projects from the competition.
To do so, a team of 5 students was formed at the beginning of the year to handle the design and realization of the tradeshow booth. This provides the students with the opportunity to realize a complete project from the design and detailed planning through implementation during their studies.
The idea of transforming the atmosphere of a forest into a tradeshow booth was developed during the conceptualization process. Trees form clearings, provide different vistas and offer visitors a diverse impression. At the same time, an atmosphere is created which provides a feeling of tranquility and seclusion which inspires one to explore the forest. And thus the tradeshow booth fulfills two tasks at the same time, both offering an adequate exhibition area for the winning projects of the student competition as well as presenting the booth itself as a work of textile architecture, displaying its diverse and attractive options.
In consideration of the theme of the Techtextil tradeshow, a textile material was used for the construction of the trees. The trees were presented as white columns in an abstract form. The company hms easy stretch was tasked with implementing this idea. hms easy stretch has been developing solutions for textile event decorations for nearly two decades. A white stretch material manufactured by hms easy stretch was used in the development of the forest. This white, translucent material creates different light intensities and strengthens the interplay of light and shadow simulated in the forest.

The transformation of the otherwise hard and robust trees into a soft and yielding structure underlines the abstraction and emphasizes the form of the tree structure.
A reversal of the natural situation takes place. Trees are replaced by columns of material and the artificial objects in the forest draw upon the natural material of wood.
Truly, an interesting project with a great deal of creativity.

The Heilbronn Festival of Lights took place for the last time this year.There was plenty on offer around the Hagenbuchersee from August 13th through August 16th. The role of the festival of lights as a festival of the senses was evident in all areas this year as well. Numerous visitors allowed themselves to be attracted to the illuminated Hagenbuchersee.
The 4-day event offered a comprehensive program, from a large fountain accented by fireworks, music and lights to a sophisticated laser and fire show. Many bands played on four different stages during the festival, entertaining the visitors with their diverse styles of music.
As a decoration partner of the Heilbronn Festival of Lights, hms easy stretch was responsible for the placement of the various light sculptures. A total of 35 easy cones were set up around the Hagenbuchersee, illuminated in different colors. With a height of 6.5 meters, these light sculptures made an impression during the day as well as at night. New this year was the use of Cosmic Lights on a branded floating platform in the Hagenbuchersee, which provided a special flair. The floating platform was used by the individual partners as an advertising display on which they placed their logos. Alongside their decorative aspects, the hms easy stretch products also fulfilled functional purposes. The long, 5 meter high light sculptures easy tube served as guideposts and showed visitors the way to the nearest restrooms from afar.
Once again, a successful event with a special ambience was created.

The lighting elements create fascinating atmosphere both individually and in groups. The integrated lighting technology also illuminates the elegantly structured surfaces from within.

Individual lighting scenarios can be programmed using wireless DMX or a remote control and multiple standing table groups can also be jointly controlled. Rainbow, spiral or fire effects provide the proper ambience to the rear lit elements or turn the event motto into a scene.

The visitors to the World of Events were also treated to the premiere of the new ceiling, wall and floor light Cosmic Light. With Cosmic Light, hms easy stretch offers its customer an additional option for creating stylish lighting compositions.

The other products in the current easy cover collection are also completely in trend. The selaria chair covers can be used with all standard stacking chair models. Like selaria, the banquet table covers dineria are very flexible and be adjusted to the foot intervals of the various banquet tables. Optical variations can be achieved by using different colored table covers.

After the tradeshow and numerous discussions at the exhibit booths, the WOE visitors ended the first day of tradeshow at the Wiesbaden Kurhaus. The 6.5 meter high easy cones pointed the way to the Kurhaus from quite some distance away. The final guests did not leave the salon and auditorium of the Kurhaus after one in the morning, looking forward to the second day of the trade show.

Visible from some distance, it has a 14 x 14 meter high square orientation which is black inside and out and leads down a path in total darkness for approximately 70 meters. In the form of a tapered funnel, the ramp runs at right angles, moves through the closed museum wall with a small 1x 1 meter hole and then continues until a so-called cloverleaf room in the interior of the museum.

The exhibition rooms behind it have also been completely darkened, their architecture disappearing in a black, imperceptible nothingness. Sensitized in this manner, the visitors encounter a new, collective presentation created by Gregor Schneider.

The artwork END will be displayed until August of 2009.

hms easy stretch uses state of the art visualization technology in order to provide a first image to all involved as early as possible, to always ensure that purchases and changes are agreed to during the planning phase and, ultimately, to allow informed decision-making.

Whether these are 3D space presentations or seating and decoration plans, every location, every tent and every hall can be presented with the hms visualization software.

An additional benefit of using this CAD based photo-realistic visualization is their use to create construction plans and directly issue part lists. Precision from the idea through the installation.

Different columns can be beautifully combined with each other thanks to their shared design vocabulary. The different designs and the large selection of colors leaves no desires for ambiences and room design unanswered.

All decorative columns can be printed individually with company logos, text or an image.

A 2,800 square meter tent hall formed the center of the festivities. The separation into different tent areas, the use of smooth and simple coverings on the ceiling and side walls and the use of carpeting created an ambience with a special atmosphere. The roof construction had to be covered with opaque material in order to create a neutral area for the easy disk 3D lights. The LED-equipped easy disk 3D in combination with the standard light technology provided a flexibility atmosphere which could be tailored to the respective program items. Working with the motto “ambience at the push of a button”, the decoration elements were controlled using a remote control of via the DMX mixing board. At first red and warm, then glowing blue, the mood of the event location was very flexible.

The first day of the event posed an additional challenge. First of all, an area for the evening event with speeches, a stage event and live music had to be created, in which the guests would also be fed. The tent hall also needed to contain a disco area which would be completely covered in black before being opened. In order to meet this challenge, the hms easy stretch team installed a partition between the two areas which would only reveal the disco area after the official part of the evening.

On the second day, the partition would be quickly removed and the entire tent hall would be transformed into a large auditorium with room for more than 2,000 guests. Projects of this size and scope required the integration of the decoration service provider in the early planning phases in order to jointly develop appropriate ideas. In this phase, 3D visualization software can be used to simulate the effects of technology, lighting and decorative elements far in advance.

In this case, the benefit of having all services for space decoration and installation offered under one roof, ensuring a consistent overall concept, is of special importance to the client. Orders in these dimensions require creativity, flexibility and reliability. hms easy stretch was able to meet these requirements and the success of the event demonstrated that with a well thought-out concept, qualified employees and competent partners, an event could be created which leaves lasting memories.

The services provided by the Heilbronn-based company hms stretch GmbH for this project included the installation of the textile ceiling and wall coverings as well as numerous other easy stretch products, alongside the planning and organization of the entire decoration concept.

Ten years before this, the forwarding company entrusted the hms easy stretch GmbH with the design of the company’s 50th anniversary. The event ten years ago was presented in a white, plain style, giving the colorful ribbons an additional accent. If the style in the 1990s was still focused on simple material coverings and white table cloths, the trend today tends towards differentiation. Event decoration still has to use an attractive appearance to create an atmosphere in which the guests feel comfortable. Despite the new direction in style, design and quality remain the common denominators that the Heilbronn-based company has dedicated itself to. It is simply not enough to orient yourself around the current lifestyle. It comes down to bringing the event character into context with the location and tailoring the decoration concept to this.

After the hms easy stretch team finished work on the event location, the results were plain to see:

The 6.5 meter easy cone light sphere lit the guests’ way to the entry area for quite some distance. Inside, a decoration concept in the company colors of red, blue and white awaited the visitors. The walls were adorned with glossily illuminated stretch sails and “easy disk” decorative panels. The ceiling decorations were chosen to match the importance of the occasion and so the three dimensional ceiling lights “easy disk 3D” and specially produced decorative columns with the newest LED technology contributed to the exclusivity of the event.

Even the seats themselves were tailored to the decoration and color concept.
Following their official product launch in September of 2008, the selaria chair covers and the dineria banquet table covers were also used for this large-scale event. The colors red, blue and white were also used here to reflect the corporate design of the client.

The hms easy stretch team was able to install all of the decorations in only two days.

The CAD software used by hms easy stretch made a strong contribution to the security of the planning. With the help of the three dimensional visualization program, the client was able to inspect the implementation of the design concept even during the planning phase.
This was of extraordinary importance, as the building was not yet completed at the time of the planning of the decoration concept. In this manner, the complete decoration, various seating arrangements and the entire lighting concept can be illustrated in advance.

A special aspect of this project was the conversion of the event hall between the two days of the event. On the second day of the event, the hall had to be restored to a size of 2,500 square meters and enlarged by some 600 chairs and 60 tables.

hms easy stretch was also responsible for ensuring compliance with the fire safety regulations. As a result, all materials used were made of materials which corresponding to fire classification B1 as per DIN4102 B1. Orders likes this require creativity, flexibility and reliability. hms easy stretch was able to meet these requirements and the success of the event demonstrated that with a well thought-out concept, qualified employees and competent partners, an event could be created which leaves lasting memories.

hms easy stretch sponsored all of the easy cone light sculptures for the Festival of Lights, transforming the entire event area into a sea of colored lights. The elegant and simple design of the easy cones provided a magnificent optical event before the backdrop of the Hagenbuchersee.

Thanks to advanced LED technology, the easy cones were resistant to all forms of weather during the event, shining with robustness and featuring easy handling.
