A once-in-a-lifetime collection of stars, artistic highlights and large emotions - this is SKYDANCE 2010. The largest music and dance spectacle in Europe combines everything that excites audiences around the globe in one unique show. Superstars like RONAN KEATING, LOU BEGA and BLIGG presented a sparkling work of art and a superlative show with the best dancers and dance companies in the world.
More than 150 stars from 14 different nations came together for the largest show in Europe. World champions, chart toppers and multiple award-winning artists joined forces in a one-of-a-kind show. A gigantic light show, bombastic sound and state-of-the-art multimedia and pyrotechnics rounded out the spectacle. The enormous SkyDance stage at Hallenstadion Zurich provided the platform for more than 600 costumes. Multiple cameras transmitted the events to state-of-the-art monitors. SkyDance took the audience on a journey through senses and on an unforgettable escape to the world of dance and entertainment. The stage hosted the best dancers in the world.
The SkyDance 2010 program set new standards and delighted the masses! The star guest of this year's SkyDance show was international star Ronan Keating with his nine-person band.
In cooperation with Winkler Veranstaltungstechnik, hms easy stretch decorated the show with elements from the current portfolio. Two dozen decorative columns to the right and left of the main stage provided a unique, 80 meter wide stage design. The special decorative note was struck with the Bangkok decorative column, which was combined with various adapter pieces. The modular construction of the columns allowed sizes between 4 and 10 meters. Three easy disk 3D shone high above the heads of the audience. All decorative elements were integrated within the lighting concept and controlled via DMX with various effects according to the respective acts.
This incomparable mix of music, dance, comedy and acrobatics has provided consistently sold-out events for nine years. We look forward to the ten-year anniversary event in 2011.
