White Night in Geneva

The World Symposium 2010 of the International Team for Implantology took place from 15 - 17 April in Geneva. With more than 4,000 participants, it exceeded all expectations. Responsibility for the interior design of the subsequent festivities was placed in the hands of hms easy stretch.
The venue used in Geneva charged hms easy stretch with the task of transforming an empty hall into an event location with atmosphere. The goal was to create a white night based on the company's identity.
The special challenge associated with this event was its narrow time frame. 35 illuminated easy column Helsinki C decorative columns in sizes between 2.5 m and 7.5 m and four easy wave room sculptures had to be installed within three hours. Only the stage design, consisting of four 3-point sails and six easy cones LED, were able to be installed on the morning of the event.
The ready-to-use principle of the columns enabled their installation to take place within a very short amount of time. The final piece of illumination was ready only a few minutes after the start of event, allowing the evening event to begin.
The smooth coordination of the departments and the assignment of four hms easy stretch installers also allowed even projects with such strict guidelines to be realized.
